The changes at Silks' Restaurant at Sports Haven have been well received. New colors, new logo, new atmosphere, and of course, a brand new menu. The menu features something for everyone, from appetizers to soups, to salads, to sandwiches, to entrees and of course, leave room for dessert.
Maybe you want to start your meal with our N.Y Calamari (sauteed in olive oil, garlic, spicy red peppers & sherry, topped with Romano cheese), followed by "The Godfather" Sandwich....which is handmade meatballs & sweet Italian sausage topped with marinara and mozzarella on a toasted grinder.
In the mood for an entree instead? Try the Napa Valley Pasta - sauteed artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and roasted garlic with grilled chicken and shrimp toast in whole wheat penne topped with shaved parmesan cheese. Or, enjoy Jumbo Spinach ravioli sauteed in a sun dried tomato, fresh basil vodka sauce with prosciutto.
There is also a selection of steaks and seafood. The Blacksmith Steak has caught a lot of attention - It's a top sirloin steak, blackened and flat grilled topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.

The new food selections are awesome! We have dined there about 5 times since the change and every meal was just perfect. Price, portions and flavors are all winners!
